It is easy, fast and safe to shop on Frederikbagger.dk. The webshop is open 24 hours a day. Although, on occasion, the webshop may be closed due to maintenance reasons – but you can shop again as soon as it reopens
To use our webshop you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid credit card that we accept. If you are under 18 years of age you may still shop on our webshop if you have your legal guardian’s permission or other legal right to submit your purchase.
When you are finished shopping and have placed all the items you wish you purchase into your shopping cart, you must then go to cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon and finally confirm the ordered items.
Next you must check that all the information you have provided is correct, accept our terms and conditions, insert your payment details and finally approve the transaction. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This is not binding since we take possible errors into consideration and we want to be certain that your items are in stock. When you have received this confirmation e-mail your order cannot be changed.
Prices and payment:
All the prices you find on Frederikbagger.dk are in Danish crowns and include moms (tax) and all Danish fees, customs fees, and so on.
On Frederikbagger.dk you can pay with the following credit cards:
VISA/Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and VisaElectron.
Frederikbagger.dk adheres to the Danish “Law of certain payment methods.” This means, amongst other things, that the payment details you insert whilst purchasing are on a safe and encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. This encryption ensures that only Elavon has access to your payment details.
Payment for your purchases will be withdrawn from your account when the items have been dispatched from our warehouse and the amount withdrawn will never be greater than the amount you have confirmed at the moment of purchase.
Should it unexpectedly occur that we are unable to deliver the desired items or there has been an error, you will be contacted via e-mail.

Rights of cancellation and returns:
Concerning cancellations, we follow the obligatory two week timeframe according to the Danish Sales of Goods Act, which is in effect from the day you receive your items.
Please be aware that we do not refund gift wrapping costs.
When we have received the package in our returns warehouse and approved the return, we will transfer the amount to the credit card you used to make your purchase. We refund the amount as quickly as possible, and always within 14 days from the day we have received the returned package.
We will not accept items returned upon cash on delivery. Returning items is done at the customer’s own risk. Remember therefore to send the return package in sensible packaging. You cannot return the purchase by refusing to accept delivery.
Note that you can lose your refund totally or partially. This can occur if the value of the item is deteriorated because:
- you have actually have used the item.
-The item has been damaged while it was in your possession and therefore under your responsibility
-You have handled the item in a manner that is contrary the item’s purpose or function.
-Missing or broken original seals will result in a deteriorated value of the item. Remember therefore to always save the original packaging until you are certain whether you will be returning the item or not.

Shipping & delivery:
When you shop with us, we pay for shipping in Denmark.
We strive to deliver your items as quickly as possible and within 2 -3 business days. Frederikbagger.dk cannot be held responsible for any delays by the delivery provider.
If you disclose the incorrect address when you place your order, or do not pick up your package on time, the package will be sent back to us. We will of course resend it but will not pay for shipping a second time.
According to the Danish Sales of Goods Act, you can have a defective item either repaired, exchanged, returned with money back or a discount can be added to the initial sales price, all depending on the specific situation.
There is of course a requirement that the claim is justifiable and that the defect has not occurred as a consequence of the incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.
You must submit a complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect in the item. We recommend that you notify us as quickly as possible, preferably within 30 days of discovering the fault.

If the complaint is justifiable we will of course refund your expenses incurred for returning the items to us, within reason. Otherwise you will have to pay for your own return postage, transport costs and our shipping costs for returning items to you after we have investigated.
You must always send the return package in sensible packaging and keep the receipt upon return delivery. You are personally responsible for the package/item(s) until we have received them. Therefore, we recommend that you save your receipt from the postal service including any proof of shipping costs, as well as a Track & Trace number.
Note! We do not accept packages sent as cash upon delivery or the like.
