Kindly note that the following terms apply when both returning or exchanging items:
We do not accept returned items if they are:
- Broken or chipped
- Havn't been washed
- Have not been adequately packed.
You have a full 30 days to return purchased items were you can test the product and hopefully fall in love with it. If this period is exceeded, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. It is only possible to exchange to a product with similar or cheaper price than the returned product. In case this is desired, please make a return for refund and order the desired product instead. If a price difference is evident, we will refund the given amount to the original choice of payment. Furthermore, if the price of the product you wish to receive exceeds the price of the returned product, we will refund all the money back to the original choice of payment.
Please note that in case of return or exchange of items you will need the receipt.
We offer free shipping on orders over 400 DKK within Denmark via ParcelShops.

We deliver to countries outside Europe via UPS for DKK 150,00 including customs. Our delivery time is 3-5 workdays, unless otherwise indicated.

The Concept Store is closed within all public holidays.
It is easy, fast and safe to shop at frederikbagger.dk. The webshop is open 24 hours a day. Although, on occasion, the webshop may be closed due to maintenance reasons – but you can shop again as soon as it reopens.
To shop at our webshop you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid credit card that we accept. If you are under 18 years you may still shop at our webshop if you have your legal guardian’s permission or other legal rights to submit your purchase.
Next you must check that all the information you have provided is correct, accept our terms and conditions, insert your payment details and finally approve the transaction. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This is not binding since we take possible errors into consideration and we want to be certain that your items are in stock. When you have received this confirmation e-mail your order cannot be changed.
All the prices you find on Frederikbagger.dk are in Danish currency (dkk) and include tax and all Danish fees, customs fees, and so on.
On Frederikbagger.dk you can pay with the following credit cards: VISA/Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa VisaElectron and MobilePay. Frederikbagger.dk adheres to the Danish “Law of certain payment methods.” This means, amongst other things, that the payment details you insert whilst purchasing are being handled on a safe and encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. This encryption ensures that only Elavon has access to your payment details. Payment for your purchases will be withdrawn from your account when the items have been dispatched from our warehouse. The withdrawn amount will never be different than the amount you have confirmed at the moment of purchase.
Should it unexpectedly occur that we are unable to deliver the purchased items or there has been an error, you will be contacted via e-mail. If you have any questions regarding orders on Frederikbagger.dk check our FAQ or contact us.
Concerning cancellations, we follow the obligatory two-week timeframe according to the Danish Sales of Goods Act, which is in effect from the day you receive your items.
Please be aware that we do not refund gift wrapping costs.
When we have received the package at our returns-warehouse and approved the return, we will transfer the amount to the credit card you used to make your purchase.
We refund the amount as quickly as possible, and always within 14 days from the day we have received the returned package. We will not accept items returned upon cash on delivery. Returning items is done at the customer’s own risk. Remember therefore to send the return package in sensible packaging. You cannot return the purchase by refusing to accept delivery.
Note that you can lose your refund totally or partially. This can occur if the value of the item is deteriorated because:
-The item has been damaged while it was in your possession and therefore under your responsibility
-You have handled the item in a manner that is contrary to the item’s purpose or function.
Remember to always save the original packaging until you are certain whether you will be returning the item or not.
When you shop with us, we pay for shipping within Denmark. We strive to deliver your items as quickly as possible and within 1 - 4 business days. Frederikbagger.dk cannot be held responsible for any delays by the delivery provider. If you disclose the incorrect address when you place your order, or do not pick up your package on time, the package will be sent back to us. We will of course resend it but will not pay for shipping a second time.
At Frederik Bagger we strive to go beyond customer satisfaction. We know that you are quality-conscious and therefore, we ensure high standards for our products, service and our expertise. Our products are of the highest quality and completely safe to use in the dishwasher. We create versatile and sustainable products that maintain their clarity and finish. By using lead-free glass and certified raw materials in our products, we ensure continued clarity after dishwashing. Our products are eco-friendly and exceptionally durable. All ourproducts are FDA approved and contain no toxic materials
We offer a 10-year glass corrosion warranty on all products, and a 2-year breakage warranty on our porcelain series. This entitles you to a similar product of the broken one. The guarantee only covers breakages, chips and manufacturing defects provided that the product is used for its intended purpose. The guarantee is applicable from the date of purchase and can only be used once per product. The guarantee is only applicable on 1st sorting products.
Any complaints should be submitted at the shop where the product was purchased, together with your proof of purchase (receipt/sales ticket). The shop will replace the product with a similar item without charge. If the product is out of production, we will provide you with a familiar looking product. The guarantee does not give entitlement for a refund. The guarantee on the exchanged product will expire at the end of the original guarantee period. The consumer is personally responsible for any transportation or delivery costs when making a claim under the guarantee.
Transport breakage warranty is applicable for all products, which is purchased from an authorized reseller or right here at the webshop.
When you receive your Frederik Bagger products, you must remember to check for visible damage. If the item is broken or is characterized by a defect in any other way, please contact the store of purchase. In the case of purchase through www.frederikbagger.dk/se/com please contact email@example.com. If you should be so unfortunate as to purchase a defective product, we encourage you to contact the point of purchase within 5 business days. It is very important that you as a consumer do not use a damaged product due to the risk of further damage.
According to the Danish Sales of Goods Act, you can have a defective item either repaired, exchanged, returned with money back or a discount can be added to the initial sales price, all depending on the specific situation. There is of course a requirement that the claim is justifiable and that the defect has not occurred because of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.
If the complaint is justifiable we will of course refund your expenses incurred for returning the items to us, within reason. Otherwise you will have to pay for your own return postage, transport costs and our shipping costs for returning items to you after we have investigated.
You must always send the return package in sensible packaging and keep the receipt upon return delivery. You are personally responsible for the package/item(s) until we have received them. Therefore, we recommend that you save your receipt from the postal service including any proof of shipping costs, as well as a Track & Trace number.
