TIME FOR SMOOTHIES

What's better than starting the day with smoothies? 
We have collected our favorite smoothies so you can make them on your own.

RED SMOOTHIE WITH BEETROOT, CARROTS AND GINGER
1 portion

  • 1 dl frozen or fresh beetroot in cubes
  • 1 dl frozen or fresh carrots in slices
  • 1/3 dl gingershot (see recipe here) or 3 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 1/2 dl almond milk
  • 2 dl water

 

PINK SMOOTHIE WITH CARROTS, STRAWBERRIES AND GINGER
1 portion

  • 1 dl frozen or fresh carrots in slices
  • 1 dl frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 1 small frozen or fresh banana in slices
  • 1/2 dl skyr/yoghurt
  • 1/2 dl almond milk
  • 1/3 dl gingershot (see recipe here) or 3 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 2 dl water

 

GREEN SMOOTHIE WITH SOINACH, GREEN PEAS AND CELERY
1 portion

  • 1 small frozen or fresh banana in slices 
  • 1/2 frozen peas 
  • 1 dl frozen or fresh spinach
  • 1/2 frozen or fresh celery in small pieces
  • 8 fresh mint leaves 
  • 1 dl almond milk 
  • 2 dl water 

TIP!
Remember to start with the liquid ingredients when you blend. Then the frozen vegetables are not stuck in the blender.
