Autumn is here, and what's better than a cup of home made choco on a cold day?
- 25 grams of cocoa powder
- 25 grams of dark chocolate
- 4 tablespoons cane sugar
- 1 dl of water
- 1 liter of milk
1. Break the dark chocolate into pieces and stir in with cocoa powder, cane sugar, and water, warming slowly. Let it boil while stirring for a few minutes.
2. Add milk and warm up under even heat while stirring so that the cocoa is not burning.
3. When the cocoa is hot, serve it in a large mug.
Serve topped with whipped cream, shaved chocolate and orange zest to get a taste of orange in your hot chocolate.
Or why not top it with a lot of marshmallows - It tastes delicious!
One last little tip is to add 1 tablespoon Scotch to make it extra warming.
