2 tsp. Finely ground ginger (about 25 g)
½ teaspoon turmeric
1 pinch cayenne pepper
Squeeze the citrus fruits and mix the juice with the rest of the ingredients.
A whole week supply of shots!
You can easily make shots for a whole week at a time. The juice must be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Wait with adding the turmeric and cayenne pepper. It tastes best if you add them right before you drink it.
200 g ginger
1/2 teaspoon turmeric per shot

Squeeze the citrus fruits. Peel the ginger with a potato peeler, cut into thick slices, and run everything in a blender.
